Meet the Maker

Hi, it’s me, Emma! Believe it or not, I’ve been making art for as long as I can remember … see image to the right, circa 2007 (one of my finest pieces). After discovering that crayons were for more than just chewing on, I pretty much constantly had one in my hand. I always knew that creating, drawing and painting were hobbies of mine, but it wasn’t until 2 years into college, changing my major 7 times, and transferring schools once (somewhere in there) that I realized I could make a career out of my hobby… how awesome!

Since graduating, I’ve freelanced, contracted, and collaborated with all kinds of creatives, picking up new tricks (and a few bad habits) along the way. I’m happiest when I’m creating, unless Adobe crashes, in which case I’m yelling at my screen and threatening to quit forever (just kidding)!You can read all the boring details below…
